I just looked at my recent text threads and they are all with comics.
I love it. I am so lucky to have people I like who have similar interests as me. I love talking with them about comedy and life and work and romance and comedy. Ugh. It’s so great to finally feel like my “coworkers” accept me socially and respect me as a comedian.
And I know that I don’t have to worry about any non-comedy friends reading this post and getting upset because they are just as incredible and important to me.
