I love when I find a song that really hits an emotional nerve.
Even if I don’t know why, you know? Or if the theme of the song isn’t exactly relevant to my life right this minute. Currently Glee’s version of “Roots Before Branches” is that tune.
Maybe because Rachel is all sad yet inspired about moving to NYC to start her life. Maybe that’s why it gets me. Because that will be me someday. Hmm.
